Refunds & Returns

We hope you will be totally happy with your Powder Coating Touch-Up Pen(s) but if you change your mind for any reason we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase.

How To Return An Item

A valid returns authorisation note should be obtained by contacting our customer service team on 01422 847671 or via Email to sales@pretreat.co.uk

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged please contact us on 01422 847671 immediately.

All damaged items must be reported on the same day as delivery.

Where possible report damage to the delivery driver and refuse the delivery so that the parcel is returned to us.

Alternately please inspect all items for damage on receipt of the order and report damages to our customer service team on the day of delivery.

Faulty Goods

Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to 01422 847671, or sales@pretreat.co.uk

Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@pretreat.co.uk.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive consignments – ie a large number of items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
